Who reads this mail

Messages to this address are read by the maintainer responsible for thestatickit.com. You are not contacting a third-party support desk; we typically respond to substantive inquiries or bug reports within 48-72 hours. While we cannot reply to every message, every piece of feedback is used to improve the site.

Feedback and corrections

If you find a broken calculator, misleading explanation, incorrect assumption, or thin page that should be improved, use the email above. Include the exact page URL, what you expected, and what happened instead.

Specific, reproducible feedback is far more useful than general complaints. If a page should be corrected for finance, health, or tax context, say which statement appears wrong and what source or reasoning should be checked.

What to include

For tool bugs, include device type, browser, and the exact inputs that triggered the issue. For content concerns, include the page URL and the text or section that needs review.

The fastest path to a fix is a concrete example, a screenshot when helpful, and a short explanation of why the current behavior is confusing or inaccurate.

Responsible disclosure and sensitive workflows

If a tool appears to expose a privacy or security issue, treat it as responsible disclosure. Do not post sensitive payloads publicly; share only the minimum reproducible detail needed to investigate safely.

Do not send personal financial records, medical records, government IDs, or other sensitive documents as routine feedback unless they are fully sanitized first.
